- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- 1/3 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the farmer’s cheese, eggs, sour cream, sugar, semolina or flour, salt, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
- Add raisins and bake: Fold in raisins if using, pour the mixture into the dish, and bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
- Cool and serve: Let it cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm or chilled.
