Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks (or 1 tub whipped topping)
Additional Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin (optional for extra flavor)
- additional whipped cream and crushed graham crackers for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spread half over crust.
- Layering: Add half of the sliced strawberries. Sprinkle gelatin if using. Add remaining cheesecake filling and top with remaining strawberries.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs before serving.
Notes
- You can use crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreos for the crust.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and reduced-fat whipped topping.
- Drizzle with strawberry syrup for added sweetness.
