Description

Indulge in the delightful layers of this Simple No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna. A luscious combination of graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and optional strawberry gelatin, all topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks (or 1 tub whipped topping)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin (optional for extra flavor)
  • additional whipped cream and crushed graham crackers for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spread half over crust.
  3. Layering: Add half of the sliced strawberries. Sprinkle gelatin if using. Add remaining cheesecake filling and top with remaining strawberries.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  5. Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes
