- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season Scallops: Season scallops on both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear Scallops: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear scallops for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
