Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Tin: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Roll Out Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll the thawed puff pastry sheet into a 12×12-inch square, ensuring an even thickness for consistent baking.
- Spread Pistachio Cream: Evenly spread the pistachio cream over the entire surface of the rolled pastry, then sprinkle with chopped roasted pistachios and granulated sugar for texture and sweetness.
- Slice and Roll: Cut the pastry into 6 equal strips. Carefully roll each strip into a spiral shape, similar to a cinnamon roll, creating visible layers and swirls of pistachio filling.
