Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Shrimp: Beat egg whites until frothy. Toss shrimp in egg whites, then coat with cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  3. Fry the Shrimp: Heat vegetable oil to 350°F. Fry shrimp in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
