- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup or honey

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or 8×8 baking dish.
- Prepare Caramel: In a small saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon over medium heat until smooth and bubbling. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle with pecans if using.
- Coat Biscuits: In a shallow bowl, mix granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll each biscuit in the mixture to coat.
- Assemble: Arrange coated biscuits over the caramel layer in the pan.
- Bake: Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 3 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
