Ingredients
Scale
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Fruit Layers:
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
Toppings:
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 jar (12 oz) maraschino cherries, drained
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- Cheesecake Filling: In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Fruit Layers: Layer the sliced bananas over the cream cheese layer, followed by the crushed pineapple and chopped strawberries.
- Topping: Spread the whipped topping over the fruit layers, smoothing it out with a spatula. Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over the top, then garnish with maraschino cherries.
- Finishing Touch: Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top just before serving. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Notes
- For best results, slice bananas just before layering to prevent browning.
- You can swap out strawberries for other berries or add mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
