Pasta & Sauce
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Meat & Seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Burger Flavors & Toppings
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon to crumble. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Add Flavorings: Stir in ketchup and yellow mustard until the beef is evenly coated and combined.
- Simmer with Alfredo Sauce: Pour in the Alfredo sauce and bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionally to blend the flavors.
- Combine Pasta and Cheese: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat thoroughly with the sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, continuing to mix until the cheese melts into a creamy consistency.
- Add Pickles and Onions: Gently fold in the chopped dill pickles and finely diced red onion to integrate the classic cheeseburger toppings.
- Finish and Serve: If using, sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve the dish warm for best flavor and texture.
Notes
- For extra cheesiness, you can top with additional cheddar cheese and broil for 2–3 minutes before serving.
- Use ground turkey or plant-based meat as a substitute for a lighter or vegetarian-friendly option.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or fresh tomatoes to incorporate more vegetables and enhance flavor.
