Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season the cubed chicken breast with salt and black pepper to taste. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 6-8 minutes until it is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
