Description

This homemade burger sauce is a perfect blend of creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors that elevate any burger or sandwich. It’s easy to make and can also be used as a versatile dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
  2. Add the sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix until fully combined and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce for fries.

Notes

  • This sauce can be made up to a week in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
