Description

  • For the Tostadas:

  • 8 small corn tostada shells
  • For the Creamy Avocado:

  • 1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • For Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Chopped cilantro and lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Shrimp: Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked.
  3. Make the Creamy Avocado: Mash avocado with sour cream, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
  4. Assemble Tostadas: Spread avocado mixture on tostada shells. Top with lettuce, grilled shrimp, tomatoes, and red onion.
