- 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes (halved or quartered if large)

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the grill or oven. Toss together steak, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, seasonings in a bowl.
