Ingredients
Scale
Meat & Protein
- 2 strip steaks, cut into cubes
Vegetables
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 large zucchini, cut into smaller pieces
- 10 oz grape tomatoes, halved
Pasta
- 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
Liquids & Oils
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- ¼ – ½ cup water
Seasonings & Sauces
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut the strip steaks and zucchini into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion to ensure even cooking on the griddle.
- Heat and Cook Steak and Vegetables: Preheat a griddle over medium heat. Add avocado or olive oil, then add the cubed steak, sliced onion, zucchini pieces, and grape tomatoes to the griddle. Season generously with Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning for robust flavor.
- Cook Tortellini: Add the frozen cheese tortellini onto the griddle alongside ¼ to ½ cup of water to help steam and soften the pasta. Cover the griddle with a dome or lid and let cook for 3-5 minutes until the tortellini is tender and heated through.
- Add Sauce and Remove Tortellini: Stir in ¼ cup of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce to coat the tortellini evenly. Once combined, remove the tortellini from the griddle to prevent overcooking.
- Finish Cooking Steak and Vegetables: Continue cooking the vegetables and steak on the griddle until the steak reaches your desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
- Assemble and Serve: Top the cooked tortellini with the hot steak and vegetable mixture. Garnish generously with shredded Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately to enjoy the creamy, garlicky flavors at their best.
Notes
- You can substitute strip steaks with sirloin or ribeye for a different flavor and tenderness.
- If you do not have a griddle, a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium heat can also be used.
- Adjust the amount of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce to taste for more or less creaminess.
- For a spicier kick, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes along with the Garlic Butter Seasoning.
- Leftover tortellini can be reheated gently with a splash of water to retain moisture.
