Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, then stir in ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the bread: Cut biscuit dough in half or slice French bread. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl.
- Assemble: Spoon the sloppy joe mixture into the baking dish. Top with cheese, then biscuit halves or bread slices. Brush with garlic butter.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
