- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and espresso powder, and whisk to combine.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just mixed. Fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
