- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Additional:
- 4 English muffin halves or sandwich rolls (toasted)
- Optional: sliced tomato or avocado for layering
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler: Set the broiler to high.
- Prepare the crab mixture: In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, green onion, shredded cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
