- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
- Prepare Peanut Butter Balls: In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Rice Krispies until well combined.
- Shape and Chill: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips (with coconut oil if using) in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip and Coat: Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
- Set and Serve: Refrigerate dipped balls until chocolate sets (about 15–20 minutes). Serve chilled or at room temperature.
