  • 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms, finely chopped

For the Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions or parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the mushrooms: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook mushrooms until softened. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. Mix the dip: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, and the cooked mushroom mixture. Mix well.
  4. Bake: Transfer the dip to a baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
