  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season Chicken: Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear Chicken: Sear chicken in a skillet until golden brown, then set aside.
  4. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, then add chicken broth, cream, Parmesan, thyme, and parsley.
