Pizza Dough:

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

Baking Solution:

  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 4 cups water

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Additional:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Coarse sea salt (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Baking Solution: In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and stir in the baking soda.
  3. Prep Dough: Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 1-inch wide strips. Twist each strip slightly.
