- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, sugars, melted butter, espresso, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Add chocolate: Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
