Lasagna:
- 9 lasagna noodles
Chicken Mixture:
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cheese Mixture:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
Other:
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cook lasagna noodles, then set aside.
- Cook Chicken Mixture: Sauté garlic in olive oil, add shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Mix Cheese: Combine ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Layer: Spread Alfredo sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella. Repeat layering. Finish with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10–15 minutes more until golden. Rest before serving. Garnish with parsley.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick prep shortcut.
- For added flavor, mix spinach into the ricotta layer or use homemade Alfredo sauce.
