- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 packet taco seasoning mix

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup canned corn (drained)
- 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet or saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook onion until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
