  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
  • 2 cups beef broth

Additional Ingredients:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice (uncooked)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped pickles or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef Mixture: In a large skillet, cook ground beef in olive oil until browned. Add onion, garlic, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until onion is softened.
  2. Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in Rotel, beef broth, uncooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes.
