- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
- 2 cups beef broth

- 8 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice (uncooked)

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef Mixture: In a large skillet, cook ground beef in olive oil until browned. Add onion, garlic, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until onion is softened.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in Rotel, beef broth, uncooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes.
