Instructions
- Prepare the skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Assemble the quesadizza: Place one flour tortilla in the skillet, and spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the surface.
- Add the cheese and toppings: Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the sauce, then evenly distribute the pepperoni, black olives, diced bell peppers, and diced red onion on top.
- Top and press: Place a second tortilla over the toppings and gently press down to combine the layers.
- Cook the quesadizza: Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side until the bottom tortilla turns golden brown and the cheese begins melting.
- Flip and finish cooking: Carefully flip the quesadizza and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the second side is golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
- Rest and cut: Remove the quesadizza from the skillet, let it rest for 1 minute to set, then cut into wedges for serving.
- Repeat: Repeat the assembly and cooking process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Serve: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the cooked quesadizzas before serving. Optionally serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
