Cake:

- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup whole milk

Frosting:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Mix Cake Batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix and strawberry gelatin. Add milk, oil, eggs, and mashed strawberries. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Bake Cakes: Divide batter between pans. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
