Graham Cracker Crust:

Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Apple Butter Swirl:
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Topping (optional):
- Whipped cream
- Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Prepare Apple Butter: In a separate bowl, mix apple butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Layer and Bake: Pour half of the filling over crust, add half of apple butter mixture, swirl. Repeat with remaining filling and apple butter. Bake for 55-65 minutes.
- Cool and Chill: Turn off oven, let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce if desired.

- For a stronger spice flavor, increase cinnamon or add cloves.
